Restaurant of the Day: Saltwater
Bourbon Steak’s ocean dwelling brother, Saltwater is Detroit’s premiere seafood restaurant. The Clam Linguini (by TheHungryDudes) is one of the finest pasta dishes we have tasted. Garlicky, buttery, and fresh with just the right amount of sweet tender clams.

Known mostly for their wine, Vinotecca also serves up some great food. Seared Tuna (by TheHungryDudes) is one of the small plate options.

Over succotash with fried green tomato, tarragon aioli, and warm bacon vinaigrette.
Perfectly cooked salmon. Succotash is earthy and crisp while adding sweetness to the dish. The bacon vinaigrette is both tangy and salty. Bacon and salmon work very well together.

Perfectly cooked pasta, a delicate yet flavorful sauce, plenty of sweet clams, this is a tremendous dish. The grilled sourdough bread is perfect for sopping up any leftover sauce.
