Our second stop takes us to the other Book Cadillac restaurant, 24 Grill.  Kurobuta Pork Belly (by TheHungryDudes) is both sweet and salty.  When combined with the citrusy mango and brazil nuts on the plate, the caramelized belly shines.

#312 The Hog Trough (by TheHungryDudes)
We ate this approximately 2 hours ago and my hands still smell like smoked meat.  This platter has 4 ribs, sliced beef brisket, and house made & smoked sausage sitting atop a pile of hand cut fries.  
Just check out the smoke ring on the brisket.  This is some serious BBQ.
