Ice cream sundae replacement for me.
Coated banana slices in melted almond butter (it took two packets), and froze. Then drizzled half of a Dove dark chocolate bar on top, an topped with a cherry.

What’s for Dinner Wednesday?

Evening folks. It’s June, it’s hot, and I’m hot, so I’m gonna get right down to it.

What’s for dinner? I’m having ice cream. I am. I am, I am…Cam said “that’s not dinner” but look.. Coffee and Nutella Sundae The Nutella and coffee ice cream sundae-fied with a bit more Nutella and bananas. I swear I should just freeze banana slices and drizzle Nutella on them for dessert. Hmmm…..

Recipe? Here ya go. I did it a bit differently, and added it to an ice cream maker, as well as added a few spoonfuls of Nutella 5 minutes before I took it out of the machine to freeze.

We made so much food on Memorial Day, I said I’m not cooking again until I can see the back of at least one shelf in the fridge again.

There could be a protein option later for me, possibly on a salad, but for now I am having ice cream.

So, what’s on your plate tonight?
