Our next stop is Angelina Italian Bistro for some cured meat and cheese! Angelina Antipasti Sampler (by TheHungryDudes) includes House cold-smoked salmon, housemade mortadella, parmigiano reggiano and arugula, pickled fennel.

Detroit Restaurant Week Spring Edition 2011 Preview #1 - Angelina Italian Bistro
Angelina Italian Bistro, the newest edition to the Restaurant Week lineup, is a modern yet classic spot. A fantastic wine list together with house made pastas, house cured meats, and other made from scratch dishes make Angelina a perfect stop before the Opera House or a Tiger game.
Sicilian Brick Chicken (by TheHungryDudes) will be available as an entree option. Crisp, perfectly charred/moist chicken sits a top garlicky mashed potatoes, and crunchy caponata.

Angelina Italian Bistro is the newest addition to an already hearty lineup of fine dining establishments scheduled to participate in the fourth Detroit Restaurant Week this spring. They will join 17 other establishments offering three-course dinners April 1-10 for only $28 per person.

Roasted eggplant/olives/roasted garlic/mozzarella
A sauceless pizza in that there is no tomato or other sauce per say. However, the creamy roasted garlic and earthy, soft eggplant meld together into a near sauce like texture with each bite. Crust is ultra thin & very crisp.
