#91 Spaghetti olio e aglio (via JoeFoodie)
When I was a child, this dish was one of my favorites & remains a favorite to this day.
A fairly simple preparation: Spaghetti, olive oil, garlic, butter, sea salt, & cracked black pepper. Once plated, add cheese, parsley, & crushed red pepper. Comforting, garlicky, a little spicy, and delicious.
