Bacon wrapped eggs with goat cheese.
Who wants to come over for breakfast?
I suppose you could make your own:
Partially cook bacon til a little brown but not crisp. Lay on paper towel to dry a little
Preheat oven to 400* and spray pan with a little nonstick spray.
wrap browned bacon around bottom edge of the muffin pan. (you can use two and go wild. :)
crack egg into center of muffin pan.
season with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs and cheese.
Bake at 400* for 15 minutes. (a little less if you want softer centers. This is a soft set, but the yolk isn’t runny.)
